FPAA Code of Practice Compliance Parmic Pty Ltd has recently been assessed by the Board of Directors of the Fire Protection Association Australia as meeting the requirements set out in FPAA001-2000: Code of Practice for the Installation and Maintenance of Fire Protection Equipment.

Performance Rating Feedback

Parmic Fire Protection takes very seriously its Quality Assurance System. On completion of all projects, large or small, we ask the Project Manager to complete a Performance Rating Sheet. This gives the Contractor the opportunity to comment on a range of aspects during their dealings with Parmic.

Using a scale of 1 to 5 (1 being poor and 5 been excellent) areas covered on the Performance Rating Sheet are quality of workmanship, attention to detail, communication with customer representatives and observation of good OH&S practices. Parmic is proud to report an average score of 4.4 out of 5 over the past 5 years.
